Set up your student accounts and access your NIC email to stay connected from day one.

As a non-degree student, you can register for classes without needing to see an advisor.  Please see the information below on how to register for classes at NIC.


*Please note: Additional documentation such as an unofficial transcript may be required for courses that have prerequisites.

To view your tuition and fees and make a payment online, visit Student Finance within your MyNIC Self Service.

All courses at NIC have an online Canvas course component. Canvas is our online learning platform. From Canvas, you can see the course syllabus, class information and important class announcements.

*Please note, Canvas courses may not appear until a few weeks before the class is actually scheduled to begin.  Continue to check back if your course does not appear right away.

Once you are registered in courses, you may need to purchase textbooks and course materials for your classes. Visit the NIC Bookstore online to see which items you need to purchase.

Once you are registered in courses, you are officially considered a current student! We want you to be ready before classes start. Keep an eye on your NIC email for future communication.
Planning on parking on campus? Purchase a Parking Permit for your academic year.
